3/4 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Natty PB
1/3 cup Oatmeal
50 Crushed Peanuts
Mix thoroughly, then freeze for 2-3 hours in a rectangular pan lined with wax paper. Cut into 10 bars. Enjoy.
