Here is a quick and easy healthy recipe that you can make when you are in the need for something a little bit spicy.
10 spinach leafs
5 little green onion shoots (minus stalk part)
2 Tablespoons Salsa
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 Chicken tenders
1/2 Jalapeño
1. Process the Jalapeño, spinach and onion till it's finely mixed together.
2. Grill your Chicken
3. Cube up the cooked chicken.
4. Put 1/2 cup of cottage cheese in the processor with chicken chunks.
