Cottage Cheese Protein Parfait

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp sugar/splenda
1 scoop of protein
Ice
Blackberries or any fruit
oats
A sprinkling of cinnamon
1. Mix cottage cheese, ice, sugar, cinnamon, and protein all in a blender. Add water as needed for consistency. Blend
2. Put yogurt into a cup with oats and blackberries or fruit as desired. Enjoy!
